Hi, I’m True.
I grew up in Georgia, earned a master’s in theology, and spent years preparing to become a Christian priest. That journey sparked a deep love for transformation, and over the last five years, I’ve traveled the world learning how real, lasting change actually happens—from the inside out.
Along the way, I’ve coached clients from all walks of life—one even invested $50K to work with me privately. I took some classes at Harvard, graduated from Phillips Exeter, and come from a family of Olympic athletes, so I’ve been around excellence and high performance my whole life.
These days, I live in Boston and serve people all over the world through personal transformation work.
My mission is simple:
